What is Incremental Development?
Incremental development means that we take on one project at a time, using our available budget and resources to build housing. We focus on the basics: good planning & design, hard work, and building healthy relationships with our contractors and subs.
We generally stick to conventional LLCs and financing strategies. We leverage our social and physical capital. We focus on single and multi-family housing ranging from 1 to 4 units in size.
